TrueVows App – Account Deletion Policy

TrueVows App respects every user's privacy and gives users full control over their account and personal information. This page explains how users can permanently delete their account and what happens to their data after deletion.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Users can permanently delete their account directly from inside the TrueVows App.

Steps:

1. Log in to your TrueVows account.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Select the reason for deleting your account.
5. Enter your current password to verify your identity.
6. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your deletion request is processed and your account is permanently removed from our platform.

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete information including:

• Profile photographs
• Biography and profile details
• Faith preferences
• Denomination selections
• Interests
• Testimony information
• Chat history associated with your account

• User-generated content associated with your account

Retained information is securely stored and is not used for marketing purposes.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible after verification.

5. Website Subscription

Deleting your TrueVows account inside the app does not automatically cancel any subscription purchased through our official website.

Users should manage or cancel website subscriptions separately through the website where the subscription was purchased.
